• We are located in downtown Roanoke VA at 24 Kirk Ave SW  24011

• Kirk Ave sells advance tickets on our website through Paypal up until the day of the show. On the day of the show tickets are available for purchase at the venue when the doors open – unless the event has sold out. Please see individual event page for updates and ticket status.

• If a show sells out, the status will be posted on the individual event page.

• Doors open 30 minutes before the show starts. Show times are posted on the individual event pages.

• All shows are general admission – there is no reserved seating available.

• We do not offer refunds unless the show is canceled.

• We accept cash and checks at the door and our bar is cash-only. There are several ATMs within a couple blocks.

• There is plenty of on-street parking around Kirk Ave, as well as 2 parking lots on our block.

• We offer a full cash bar including beer, wine, mixed drinks, as well as non-alcoholic options. All profits from bar sales go to the Music Lab at Jefferson Center which supports music education in the valley.

• Kirk Ave does not sell food but there are many excellent restaurants all around us. Lucky, Martin’s, Blue 5, Alejandro’s, Blues BBQ, Metro!

• Kirk Ave holds around 130 people depending on the seating arrangement, which varies according to event.

• Shows are open to all ages unless otherwise specified and we generally offer reduced price tickets for students and folks 21 & under. Check individual show listings for details.

• Occasionally, Kirk Ave will present our shows at a different venue. Details and addresses will be on individual event pages.

• We do offer Gift Certificates to Kirk Ave. Email us for details.

• Kirk Ave is available to rent for private events such as parties and receptions. For information please  contact us.
